We care about training and community and have built a concept that prioritizes just that.
We offer full-body workouts that include strength training and cardio combined with a guaranteed high pulse.
Our workouts are designed so the exercises can be done at your own speed, which means that beginners and those more experienced can join and enjoy.
What we offer
We offer 8-week outdoor bootcamps all year round at different locations in Copenhagen. Get some fresh air and lovely sunshine, and boost your vitamin D with us at our outdoor locations.
In addition to the weekly workouts, our concept includes other events to strengthen our community. We host monthly events, workshops, social gatherings, and extra workout sessions, mixing all participants from different bootcamps locations.
